Everyone has heard that a

healthy diet and lifestyle can

According to the American Heart

for more than 440,000 annual

deaths. Exercising a few min-

utes every day can significantly

reduce your risk of heart dis-

ease. Small changes in your diet

can add years to your life. Learn

about these preventive mea-

sures and more from Dr. Denker

as he teaches you about the

HEART of your health.
