She calls herself a “Kid Cook” who started a quarantine cooking show. With a little help from her parents, she uses ingredients families are likely to have in their pantries, and in each episode, she wears a different costume to match the fun theme of her recipes. THREE-INGREDIENT, NO-BAKEVALENTINE TREATS Ingredients: Graham crackers Red or pink sprinkles Homemade frosting Frosting ingredients: 1 ⁄ 4 cup plus 3 tbsp cream cheese (we use Trader Joes vegan) 1 ⁄ 4 cup plus 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative (we use Culina coconut) A pinch uncut stevia or 4-5 tbsp powdered sugar 1 ⁄ 2 tsp pure vanilla extract For the frosting: » Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. If a thinner frosting is desired, you can add a little milk of choice to thin it out. If using this greek yogurt cream cheese frosting to ice cakes or cookies, it’s best to serve the items immediately after frosting. Refrigerate leftover frosting for up to 4 days. *You can put the frosting in a tube for little hands to squeeze out more easily. Tomake the treats: » Break graham crackers into small rectangles and use a serrated knife to saw them in half to make small squares. » Spread a dollop of frosting onto the square and top with another square. Be generous, you want the frosting to spill out of the sides a bit. » Pour some Valentine’s sprinkles into a bowl and dip the edges of the frosting into the sprinkles until evenly covered. » Serve immediately or store overnight in an airtight container and they will soften up a bit making a simple, fun, poppable sweet treat!
