Boil your hot dogs in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. 2. While your hot dogs are cooking, cut 16 circles from the cucumber. Make the circles 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch thick. 3. Poke a toothpick through each cucumber circle. 4. Cut a roughly nickel-sized hole out of each hot dog or enough to rest a cherry tomato inside. 5. Place hot dogs into their buns and poke 4 wheels into each one. Place the cherry tomato inside the hole in the hot dog. Squeeze a stripe of ketchup onto each hot dog. Enjoy!
